Where Efficiency Meets Reliability.
Pre-season inspection and repair of plows, spreaders, and winter response equipment.
Winter response equipment sits idle most of the year and must fire up on the first cold night. We inspect plow hydraulics, cutting edges, spreaders, and controls before the season. Worn edges and seized fittings are replaced while there is time to do it right. Ready equipment means no scramble when the first storm is forecast.
Plow hydraulics and controls checked; Cutting edges and wear parts replaced; Spreader calibration verified; Ready before the first storm
1) Inspect plows, spreaders, and controls; 2) Replace worn edges and hydraulic parts; 3) Calibrate spreaders for material rates; 4) Return equipment staged for deployment
Number of plows and spreaders; Cutting edge and wear-part replacement; Hydraulic and control repairs; Calibration requirements; Turnaround before the season
This work is completed in fall so equipment is proven before Western Washington's first snow and ice events.
