Where Efficiency Meets Reliability.
Sealcoating that protects asphalt surfaces from oxidation, water intrusion, and UV wear.
A sealcoat is inexpensive insurance that slows the oxidation and cracking that shorten pavement life. We clean the surface, treat oil spots, and apply a uniform coat that restores the deep black finish and seals fine surface voids. Applied on the right maintenance interval, sealcoating defers far more costly overlays and reconstruction. Crack sealing is typically completed first so the whole surface is protected as a system.
Slows oxidation and surface cracking; seals fine voids against water intrusion; restores a uniform, high-contrast surface for striping; defers costly overlays and reconstruction; low-cost addition to a maintenance program
1) Clean the surface and remove vegetation from cracks; 2) Treat oil spots and seal working cracks; 3) Apply sealcoat uniformly at the specified rate; 4) Cure, then restripe the markings
Total area and number of coats; surface cleaning and oil-spot treatment; crack sealing performed beforehand; restriping after cure; lot or lane closures during application
Sealcoating requires warm, dry conditions and is scheduled in the peak of summer for proper curing.
