Where Efficiency Meets Reliability.
Periodic strip-and-wax restores protective finish and shine to hard floors in schools, offices, and public buildings.
Vinyl composition tile and other resilient floors need their old finish stripped and rebuilt before it wears through to the substrate. We remove degraded wax, neutralize the floor, and lay down multiple coats of commercial finish for durability and slip resistance. Work is scheduled for evenings, weekends, or breaks so occupied departments are not disrupted. Proper edge detailing and coat curing prevent the streaking and premature failure that rushed jobs produce. A maintained finish also makes daily custodial cleaning faster and extends the life of the flooring investment.
Restored slip resistance and appearance on aging tile; extended flooring lifespan that defers replacement cost; scheduling around occupancy to avoid disruption; durable multi-coat finishes rated for public traffic; easier routine cleaning between refinishing cycles
1) Identify floor type, condition, and the best low-occupancy window; 2) Strip old finish and neutralize the surface; 3) Apply and cure multiple coats of commercial finish; 4) Inspect edges and corners, then hand the area back ready for use
Square footage and floor material type; number of finish coats specified; furniture moving and area preparation; after-hours or weekend scheduling; condition of the existing finish and substrate
Summer breaks and holiday closures are the preferred windows, letting finishes cure fully in vacant buildings before occupants return.
