What This Service Involves

Poured-in-place rubber surfacing delivers a seamless, accessible surface that meets ASTM F1292 impact attenuation and ASTM F1951 accessibility requirements for public play areas. Our crews install the bonded base and wear course to the depth dictated by the equipment fall heights, tinting and patterning to your design. Because the finished surface is firm and stable, it provides the wheelchair access into and through the play area that the ADA requires. We prepare the sub-base carefully so drainage and long-term performance hold up under Western Washington moisture.
