What This Service Involves

Not every pavement problem is surface-deep, and alligator cracking and rutting usually signal a failing base that a surface fix will not cure. We diagnose the failure mode, remove distressed pavement, and rebuild the base before placing new asphalt so the repair addresses the root cause. This dig-out-and-replace approach restores structural capacity rather than masking symptoms. Repairs are compacted and sealed to integrate with the surrounding roadway.
