Where Efficiency Meets Reliability.
Full-depth and overlay paving for municipal parking lots at facilities, parks, and transit sites.
Public lots take concentrated turning, parking, and delivery loads that call for a properly engineered pavement section. Whether the scope is a new lot or a rebuild, we construct the base and asphalt lifts to carry the anticipated traffic and drain to the inlets. Grades are set to eliminate ponding that accelerates failure and creates icing hazards in winter. The finished lot is striped to the layout plan, including accessible stalls and aisles.
Engineered section sized to actual lot traffic; positive drainage that prevents ponding and icing; accessible stalls and aisles striped to plan; coordinated with lighting and drainage work; long service life under public use
1) Grade and build the base to the design section; 2) Place and compact the asphalt lifts; 3) Set grades to drain toward the inlets; 4) Stripe stalls, aisles, and accessible parking
Lot area and pavement section thickness; grading and drainage improvements; accessible-stall and signage requirements; phasing to keep the lot partially open; striping and site amenities
Lot paving is scheduled in summer to secure the dry, warm weather that quality compaction requires.
