Where Efficiency Meets Reliability.
Cold milling that removes worn asphalt to grade in preparation for overlays and reconstruction.
Milling recovers the correct surface elevation and removes deteriorated material before a new lift goes down. We mill to the specified depth and cross-slope, preserving curb reveal and matching existing tie-in points. The reclaimed asphalt pavement is loaded and hauled for recycling, keeping the material in productive use. A milled, textured surface also gives the overlay a strong mechanical bond.
Restores correct grade and curb reveal before overlay; textured surface improves overlay bonding; reclaimed asphalt recycled rather than wasted; precise depth control to the specification; enables overlays without raising the surface profile
1) Establish milling depth, grade, and cross-slope; 2) Mill the pavement to the target profile; 3) Load and haul millings for recycling; 4) Sweep and prepare the surface for paving
Area and depth of milling; hauling and recycling of millings; edge and utility-casting detailing; traffic control and phasing; surface cleanup ahead of paving
Milling is coordinated tightly with the summer paving schedule so a milled surface is not left exposed through wet weather.
